Bio:

Adrienne Walstrum is a Senior Director at Merck where she has dedicated the last 10 years to the company's Global Trial Optimization team. In her current role, she oversees Execution and Innovation across the pipeline with a focus on site tools, patient recruitment, and retention. Prior to her time at Merck, Adrienne worked in various areas across industry including country operations, project management, and study start-up. Adrienne holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Wilmington University.
