Ashita S. Batavia, MD, MS?is Global Head of Study Innovation at J&J Innovative Medicine, advancing the use of innovative technologies and responsible AI to accelerate clinical development, enable novel endpoints, and integrate real-world evidence and digital health-bringing research and treatments to patients where they are. A board-certified physician with over 15 years of clinical practice and an epidemiologist, Dr. Batavia is a former clinical and NIH-funded investigator and recently served as Principal Investigator on an FDA U01 grant. She previously advised Fortune 50 pharmaceutical executives at McKinsey & Co. and is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine. She brings a uniquely integrated perspective across medicine, evidence generation, and innovation—reshaping how therapies are developed and delivered.
