Bio:

Carrie A. Northcott, PhD is the Head of Digital Medicine and Translational Imaging (DMTI) at Pfizer, Inc. She leads a driven and diverse team that leverages their expertise in the strategic development and implementation of cutting-edge digital health technologies and innovative imaging modalities, inclusive of the development/use of AI-enabled analytics. The mission of the team is to deliver innovative and strategic imaging and digital measures for use within the drug discovery and development spectrum that ultimately improvespatient outcomes. Carrie has a diverse scientific background in Pharmacology, Toxicology, and Physiology which provides her unique insight into understanding how these novel and innovative measures provide meaningful information to patients, physicians and researchers to better treat and understand diseases. Carrie received her B.S. and M.S. in Agricultural Sciences (University of Illinois), her Ph.D. in Pharmacology and Toxicology (Michigan State University) and subsequently was a faculty member at Michigan State University, College of Osteopathic Medicine, Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology prior to joining Pfizer.
