Cynthia Pan, RPh

Bio:

Cynthia Pan, RPh is Executive Director and Head of Site Start Up at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, where she leads a global function responsible for transforming how clinical trial sites are activated and managed across the company's full portfolio. She oversees a team of approximately 40 professionals and is spearheading the capabilities build of in-house site start up operations, with a focus on integrating AI and technology to drive quality, efficiency, and cost reduction. Cynthia's career spans more than 25 years in clinical operations across the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Prior to her current role, she served as Senior Director of Therapeutic Area Operations at Regeneron, where she led clinical trial management across Inflammation, Immunology, Ophthalmology, and Hematology. She also led Regeneron's COVID-19 clinical program, assembling a team of over 100 in house and CRO staff to rapidly start up and execute a program enrolling more than 15,000 subjects. Earlier in her career, Cynthia held senior roles at Amgen, where she directed a landmark cardiovascular outcomes trial across 27,500 subjects in 50 countries, and at Novartis and Pharmanet. She is a licensed pharmacist with a B.S. in Pharmacy from Rutgers University.
