Diane M. Cukrow, RN, MSN-APN is a certified project manager with over 23 years of experience in clinical research and pharmaceutical development, specializing in global clinical trial planning, analytics, and execution. Diane has led and supported complex global clinical programs across all phases of development and therapeutic areas with deep expertise in oncology, hematology and cellular immunotherapy. She has driven key initiatives spanning expanded access programs, clinical operations process design, and trial management innovation. Diane has played a critical role in advancing innovative programs, including cellular immunotherapy and CAR-T trials, by applying data-driven strategies to study feasibility, enrollment planning, and timeline optimization. Recognized for her ability to influence and align global stakeholders, Diane has successfully streamlined clinical trial processes, including the development of harmonized site onboarding models and enterprise-wide planning tools that enhance efficiency, transparency, and execution rigor.
