Bio:
Donna Usiskin is Chief Strategy Officer at New Enterprise Ventures, where she advises healthcare organizations ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 companies on growth strategy and business development. With more than 25 years of experience across sales, marketing, corporate development, and venture capital, she has built a career at the intersection of healthcare, information technology, and go-to-market execution.
Donna has held senior leadership roles including Head of Sales at Dubber (Notiv), VP of Corporate Development and Strategic Partners at Norstella (MMIT), Chief Strategy Officer at Perspecta (VIIAD), and Chief Revenue Officer at AbleTo. Earlier in her career, she spent more than a decade at Edison Partners, where she was Principal and VP of Business Development on the healthcare IT investment team, helping generate deal flow, support portfolio growth, and lead executive forums. Her board and portfolio experience include Portico (McKesson), Health Market Science (LexisNexis), Octagon (Accenture), and iContracts (RLDatix).
She began her career in technology sales leadership at Smartstream (Connextive) and Princeton Softech acquired by IBM. Donna is also an active mentor and advisor to startups and business leaders. Donna serves as the vice-chair of the Dean's Advisory Council for Rutgers University - School of Arts and Sciences and mentors at the Rutgers Business School � Center for Women in Business. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Rutgers University.
