Heerangi Amin is a clinical operations leader with deep expertise in driving innovation, process transformation, and scalable solution delivery across operations. She brings a strong track record of translating complex operational challenges into practical, high-impact solutions that deliver measurable value. In her current role in Global Clinical Operations Functional Excellence, Heerangi oversees a diverse portfolio of initiatives focused on improving end-to-end clinical operational efficiency, including the implementation of new tools, process optimization programs, and business readiness strategies. She has successfully led both small-scale pilots and large-scale product implementations across business units�many within clinical operations�consistently delivering expected measurable time and cost savings while improving usability and adoption. Prior to her current role, Heerangi held leadership positions spanning corporate strategy, IT business operations, and project management within the clinical and pharmaceutical services industry, where she led cross-functional programs, developed business cases for innovation, and implemented global solutions. She holds a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences and is based out of North Carolina.
