Dr. Jennifer Y. Kim is a Research Associate Professor at the Tufts Center for the Study of Drug Development, Tufts University School of Medicine. Her research takes a human-centered approach to improving drug development outcomes, examining how the experiences of patients, clinicians, research staff, and industry professionals shape the quality and inclusivity of clinical research. Her work has been published in?Nature Biotechnology,?JAMA Network Open, and?Harvard Business Review. Outside of research, she enjoys hiking, archery, and scuba diving.
