Jess is a leader within the Global Trial Optimization function at Merck supporting General Medicine, Infectious Disease, Vaccines, Immunology, and Neuroscience. With over 15 years of clinical trial operations experience, she focuses on feasibility strategy, enrollment modeling, and practical data-driven approaches to improve trial execution, recruitment, and retention. She is passionate about making clinical trials more efficient, collaborative, and site-friendly in an increasingly complex landscape. Outside of work, Jess enjoys spending time with her family and embracing the wild experiences that come with raising two boys.
