Julie Standley

Julie A. Standley is Vice President of Clinical Laboratory Sciences within the Clinical Design, Delivery, and Analytics organization at Eli Lilly and Company. She leads global strategies for clinical laboratory, biomarker, imaging, and diagnostic solutions that support clinical trial design, execution, and data delivery across the portfolio.

 

Julie has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with leadership roles spanning drug development, clinical development, clinical laboratory operations, clinical supply chain, and chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CM&C). Throughout her career, she has driven organizational transformation initiatives to accelerate drug development timelines and improve operational efficiency.

 

Prior to joining Eli Lilly and Company, Julie worked at Aventis Behring, where she held roles in development, quality, and manufacturing.

 

Julie holds a Master of Business Administration from Olivet Nazarene University and a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from the University of Illinois.
