Marquita Moore is Senior Director and Portfolio Development Platform Lead at CSL Behring, where she is responsible for the strategy, governance, and delivery of clinical and portfolio development platforms within the Technology Enabled Science (TES) function. She leads global efforts to modernize clinical technology ecosystems, enabling data-driven decision-making, and advancing a shift toward scalable, outsourced operating models with CRO partners. With extensive experience across clinical operations and digital platforms, Marquita focuses on integrating innovative data solutions, cloud-based architectures, and AI-enabled capabilities to accelerate development timelines and improve portfolio outcomes.
