She has spent the past six years leading engagement with patients, communities, and advocacy groups to inform trial design, improve recruitment and retention, and increase clinical trial education, awareness, and trust. Neha has twenty-six years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry spanning the full scope of clinical operations across early and late stage development, with global program oversight in a variety of therapeutic areas at the site, CRO, biotech, and pharma settings.
