Throughout her career, Nicole has built and led high-performing global teams that have delivered bespoke study insights and analytics solutions, decision support tooling, operational strategies, feasibility, and site identification in pharma and CRO settings. These solutions have served to accelerate development, optimize portfolios, inform country and site strategy, and enable targeted patient recruitment.
