Peyton Howell

Bio:

Peyton Howell is CEO of Parexel and a member of the company's Board of Directors. Before becoming CEO, Peyton served as Chief Operating and Growth Officer and previously was Chief Commercial and Strategy Officer. During her tenure, Peyton led the implementation of Parexel's patient-focused strategy, launched Parexel Biotech and made a significant impact in growing Parexel's customer relationships, delivering strong growth in gross new business awards during a period of significant change in the life sciences industry. Prior to Parexel, Peyton held senior leadership roles at AmerisourceBergen (now Cencora) and was a founder of Lash Group. Peyton serves on the Boards of Tandem Diabetes Care (NASDAQ: TNDM), Catalyst, and the Association of Clinical Research Organizations (ACRO) where she also served as Chairperson in 2024. Peyton holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Health Communications from the University of Illinois.
