With a career spanning more than 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry, she has worked across Quality Assurance, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Information, RBQM, Remote Monitoring, and Clinical Operations, bringing a broad and practical perspective to the evolving RBQM landscape. Rachelle has led initiatives/ teams to strengthen operational excellence, enhance predictive risk detection, and embed advanced analytics into RBQM frameworks to enable more proactive quality oversight and inspection readiness.
